One dead in Escondido car crash

ESCONDIDO (KUSI) – A 33-year-old man was killed after his car hit a retaining wall at a high speed and overturned in Escondido.

Escondido Police Department Lt. Justin Murphy said the driver was Eric Robert Anderson, of Escondido.

The victim was pronounced dead at a hospital, said Murphy.

Murphy said the victim’s Nissan 350Z struck the retaining wall before it overturned near the intersection of Via Rancho Parkway and Camino del Postigo
