One Excuse After Another, It Ain’t Right! & Case Closed!

Monday, April 14, 2014 – When KUSI's Michael Turko first started looking into the city's utility undergrounding program, he was told it would take 50 years to get the job done city-wide. That was almost 15 years ago but Turko says city officials are still saying it will be at least 50 more years before the work is finished.

    Better news on this file about a nasty drainage situation in Escondido that Turko opened exactly one year ago. He showed you how it took eight months to get that corrected. But the proof, they say is in the pudding. Now that we've had some heavy rains, Turko can finally mark this one case closed!
