SAN DIEGO (CNS) – A 30-year-old man was wounded in a gunbattle between the occupants of three vehicles on a street in the Oak Park neighborhood, police said Monday.

The gunfire broke out on Kalmia Street near 52nd Street about 5:35 p.m. Sunday, San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros said. He said the victim was shot once in his side, but the wound was not life-threatening.
