Wednesday, March 13, 2013 – They found out about a plan to build a bridge in the middle of their neighborhood and they are not happy about it. Turko says it's part of SANDAG's South Bay Bus Rapid Transit project. SANDAG says they'll get input from neighbors on the design of the bridge and those big retaining walls to make sure it fits the architectural character of the area. It's not a done deal yet. The SANDAG board will have the final say-so late this spring.
