Feeding San Diego’s Pairings with a Purpose Fundraiser on April 14

Feeding San Diego (FSD) announces Pairings with a Purpose, an afternoon of culinary competition with San Diego’s finest chefs, breweries and wineries, uniting against hunger in San Diego.

Each chef and beverage duo will collaborate to create a special pairing of food and drink including Chef Jason McCleod from Born & Raised, Trey Foshee, David Waite, and Top Chef, Angelo Sosa.

Guests can vote on their favorite pairing while enjoying music, games and contests. The fundraiser will be hosted on Saturday, April 14, at Bobby Riggs Tennis Club & Museum in scenic Encinitas.

Currently, nearly half a million San Diego residents, including 1 in 5 children, are struggling with hunger. Feeding San Diego is working to meet their immediate needs, while creating a long-term impact in the community through a comprehensive approach to hunger-relief.

General admission tickets are $75. 100 percent of the proceeds from the event will benefit Feeding San Diego and its critical hunger-relief and nutrition program.
