PAJA proposes joint homeless commission between San Diego City, County

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Today the People’s Association of Justice Advocates are proposing the city and county create their first homeless commission.

The proposal is for a joint-effort homeless commission between the city and county of San Diego and would enlist the help of advocates as well as those who have been on the streets.
