Pedestrian struck and killed in hit-and-run
SAN DIEGO (CNS) – A male pedestrian was struck and killed Tuesday night by a vehicle whose driver fled the scene, police said.
The victim’s body was discovered near the intersection of Appian Drive and South Woodman Street around 10:05 p.m., San Diego Police Department Office Dino Delimitros said.
A caller told police the body appeared to have been dragged some distance, Delimitros said.
