Person rescued after getting stuck on Torrey Pines cliff
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Lifeguards and firefighters rescued an uninjured person who became stuck on a cliff Tuesday in Torrey Pines.
Personnel responded to the distress call around 4:20 a.m. on the beachfront bluffs near the 2800 block of Torrey Pines Scenic Drive, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.
They reached the person and were able to airlift the individual to safety, a SDFRD dispatch supervisor said.
No injuries were immediately reported.
