PGK Dance Project hosts “Welcome to Summer” interactive event

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The PGK Dance Project and the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation are coming together to celebrate summer!

The PGK Dance Project “Welcome to Summer” event invites dancers of all skill levels to dance on stage and take an open class as a community.

The Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation is a catalyst for revitalization in Southeastern San Diego and strives to foster more neighborhood cultural gatherings, such as the “Welcome to Summer” event.

“Welcome to Summer” is a free event filled with local vendors, food and, of course, dance! The event starts at 12:00 p.m. this Saturday, June 29th, at Arts Park at Chollas Creek.
