Phishing the Military – Heads Up!

Monday, July 02, 2012 – The Internal Revenue Service asked KUSI's Michael Turko to help them expose a new e-mail con game. Turko says it targets veterans and members of the military and promises big tax breaks. Most of those phishing emails can be pretty convincing but there's one dead giveaway. Almost no reputable organization sends out unsolicited emails. So unless you've emailed them first and your expecting a reply, the best thing to do is just hit delete and move on.
