Plans progress for Gaslamp promenade, set to be finished by FY 2024

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – It’s been a longtime goal of many influential leaders in the Gaslamp to build a promenade on Fifth Ave.

Now, this dream is going to become a reality. By the end of FY 2023, the promenade is predicted to be finished.
