Plans to revitalize El Cajon Blvd. in 2020

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The El Cajon Boulevard Business Improvement Association is launching a new plan to help revitalize the area along El Cajon Boulevard.

The “Boulevard 2020 Plan” will be officially revealed on Thursday.

The goal is to revamp the area into a multi-model urban street.

Some of the improvements have already begun… others are slated to be completed in the near future.
