Police chief holds town hall meeting in San Ysidro

City Councilman David Alvarez hosted a public town hall Tuesday night with the San Diego Police Department’s new Chief of Police David Nisleit.

The town hall gave District 8 residents an opportunity to ask questions and share their public safety concerns.
