Coronado Police release sketch of suspect involved in attempted Coronado kidnapping

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The Coronado Police released a sketch on Sunday of the suspected involved in an attempted kidnapping of two young girls in Coronado. 

A 9-year-old girl and her 2-year-old sister were walking in the 500 block of C Avenue around 10:30 a.m. when a minivan drove toward them.

According to the Coronado police, the driver yelled out to the two girls to “get in the car.”

The 9-year-old picked up her sister and ran screaming towards their home.

The suspect is described as an adult Asian man with dark hair and was last seen driving a white older model minivan northbound on C Avenue.
