RAMONA (CNS) – Authorities Thursday asked for the public’s help in solving the case of a missing child who disappeared from the Ramona area nearly 28 years ago.

“At the time of her disappearance, Elaina was described as standing 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing about 90 pounds with long brown hair and brown eyes,” a sheriff’s bulletin said. “She has a small scar on the right side of her upper lip.”
