Police seek two suspects in Mission Valley armed robbery
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – San Diego police Tuesday sought a man who robbed a gas station in Mission Valley at gunpoint and an accomplice who served as his lookout.
A masked man pulled a handgun on an employee at the Shell at the corner of Mission Center and Friars roads and demanded cash around 7:10 p.m. Monday, San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros said.
A second man stayed by the door. The two suspects fled with an undisclosed amount of money and were last seen running toward a nearby Del Taco, Delimitros said. Police described the gunman as Hispanic, roughly 5feet 8, 190 pounds, wearing a military-style mask and a camouflage jacket.
The lookout was described as a Hispanic man, about 5 feet 7, with tattoos on his hands, wearing a large hooded sweatshirt.
