SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – AllStar Vets and The San Diego Women Veterans Network are hosting GROW, a Post Traumatic Growth Workshop to provide veterans with practical skills to move forward after trauma.

Post traumatic growth refers to the positive psychological outcomes that some individuals experience following a traumatic event or difficult life situations.
