President Trump tweets hint at confirmation of the death of Al Qaeda leader
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Seemingly without saying a word, President Donald Trump may have confirmed the killing of Qassim Al Rimi, the leader of an Al Qaeda affiliate in Yemen.
This morning Trump retweeted a string of tweets from two accounts claiming Rimi’s death.

One of the tweets mentioned it was a U.S. drone strike that killed the leader.
Trump has not officially confirmed or denied the airstrike or death in his own post, and Al Qaeda has yet to respond to the news of the death as well.
