Alarm Clock Pep Rally Game: Valhalla Norsemen 34, West Hills Wolfpack 0

The Week 7 Alarm Clock Pep Rally Game has Valhalla dominating as they shutout West Hills 34-0.

The Valhalla’s offense looking to be in mid season form as Jerome Johnson has two rushing touchdowns and Bryan Madriz throws for two as well. The Norsemen set the tone with the first drive starting with a 23 yard pass from Madriz to Khyree Poole. Followed by a Madriz 36 yard run and a Jerome Johnson 17 yard touchdown run. The Norsemen defense was able to force a three and out thanks to a great hit by Connor Moser. Johnson would rattle off another touchdown in the second quarter and a big 45 yard run in the third quarter that helped seal the game. Jacob Paape coming up with the big 51 yard field goal. He would nail another in the forth quarter and would also bring in some great catches including a touchdown grab.

The Wolf Pack would have chances. Ryan Jewell forcing the fumble in the second quarter but they couldn’t capitalize. Dallen Browning also coming up with a pick to put the ball at the Norseman 18 yard line but the Wolf Pack kick was blocked.

Next up Valhalla will head to Grossmont. West Hills will look to rebound against Steele Canyon.

The Week 7 Alarm Clock Pep Rally game brings us to Valhalla as they host West Hills.

The Norsemen are 5-0 coming off a bye week and average 40 points a game. Their defense has also been strong holding two opponents to just 7 points and shutting out two others.  Valhalla’s offense is splits time with quarterback Byran Madriz and backup quarterback Dennis Dahlin who has also been able to hit targets. The Norsemen lean heavily on senior running back Jerome Johnson. Last game Johnson had 11 carries, 91 yards, and 3 touchdowns.

West Hills is 4-1 and also coming off their bye week heading into league play. The team is led by junior quarterback Hayden Roach who has six touchdowns this season. Roach also picks up rushing touchdowns and has 331 rushing yards on the season. Another guy to watch for is running back Jovan Bea. The 5’6" senior finding the end zone six different times this season and averages 70 yards per game.
