Preview: Francis Parker vs Mater Dei Catholic

The Francis Parker Lancers (1-1) are heading down South to take on the Crusaders of Mater Dei.  The records of the team’s aren’t the only tings similar in this matchup as both team were shutout last week against their opponents.  This is a statement game as the Lancers and Crusaders look to make some noise on the scoreboard.

The Lancers are led by Coach John Morrison, as they start off the beginning of the year even by beating the Radford Rams of Hawaii in week one and losing last week to Vista 26-0.  Morrison and his crew look to put some points on the board as their offense led by Senior Quarterback Khaleel Jenkins look to bounce back in week 3.  In two games Jenkins has thrown for 205 yards and a touchdown.  The Lancer rushing attack is led by Senior Daven Horne who ahs 81 yards and a touchdown going into their match up with the Mater Dei Crusaders.

Mater Dei led by Junior Quarterback, Jared Rieta, who has thrown for 264 yards and two touchdowns on the season.  The backfield led by Senior Runningback, Luis Victoria whom in two games has 153 yards rushing.  This one-two punch looks to send a knockout to the Parker Lancers at home in the South Bay.
