Santa Fe Christian 56, Classical Academy 3
The Santa Fe Christian Eagles (4-3) celebrated Senior night by blowing out an over matched Classical Academy (3-4). The Eagles were led by QB Michael Linguadoca, who threw for 132 yards and also rushed for 92 yards. Linguadoca, accounted for 3 touchdowns. He connected with Joe Burich and Luke Sanders from 35 and 58 yards respectively. He also would get a rushing TD of his own. Santa Fe Christian would go on to beat Classical Academy 56-3. Up next for the Eagles is a Home matchup against the undefeated Bishop’s Knights. Classical Academy will have a week off before also facing off against The Bishop Knight’s on Friday, October 27th.

The Classical Academy Caimans (3-3) are coming off of a loss to San Diego High School as they enter their matchup against Santa Fe Christian this Friday. The Santa Fe Christian Eagles (3-3) are riding a 2 game win streak that includes a blowout win in their last game against Orange Glen.
In that win over Orange Glen, the Eagles were led by Jack Miles, who ran for 113 yards and also scored two touchdowns. For the Caimans, they are a young team and playing their first year in the very competitive Coastal League. They are led by Sophomore QB James Duncan and WR-CB Diego Preciado.
SFC currently sits atop the Coastal League standings tied with La Jolla Country Day. They will be looking to continue to stay in first place with a win this Friday.
