Preview: West Hills vs Brawley

In the Division II Quarter Finals we have the #5 (9-2) West Hills Wolf Pack travelling out to home of the Wildcats to face #4 (9-1) Brawley. This match up looks to be a slug fest as both teams are league champs in their respective leagues, have a similar record, but are complete opposites. They played 2 similar opponents this season in Valley Center Jaguars and Imperial Tigers. Brawley beat the Jaguars 35-28 and the Tigers 35-8. West Hills beat the Jaguars 34-20 and last week beat the Tigers 41-27

The Wolf Pack lead by Week 10 Coach of the Week winner Casey Ash. His team has only lost 2 games this season, but those 2 come from away games. They come into the game scoring 320 points, while the defense has allowed 250 points on the season. The Wolf Pack is averaging 169.5 rushing yards per game and 220.5 yards in the air as Spencer Moyer averages 182 passing yards per game.

Brawley on the other hand averages 305.4 on the ground and only 20.2 through the air. Their defense has only allowed 83 points while the Wildcats have scored 313 points on the season. The Wildcats are led by Andrew Ortiz who averages 143 yards per game and Nathan Montalvo who records and average of 11 tackles a game.
