Program details funeral service for Officer De Guzman

San Diego police Officer Jonathan “J.D.” De Guzman will be remembered Friday in a public funeral service at Shadow Mountain Community Church.

California Gov. Jerry Brown and Sen. Dianne Feinstein are expected to attend the service. Speakers include close family members and political leaders.

Following the service tributes to the 16 year police veteran include a 21 gun salute and a helicopter flyover, before a second procession leads to Glen Abbey Memorial Park in Bonita.

Between 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. — Funeral procession arrives at Shadow Mountain Community Church in El Cajon
