SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – With the average gas price costing California’s over five dollars a gallon, one advocacy group is taking it upon themselves to look into the possibility of California oil refineries price gouging consumers.
On “Good Morning San Diego”, KUSI’s Paul Rudy talked with Charles Langley, Executive Director of Public Watchdogs, about how the competitive market of gas companies all raised their prices together and blamed it on the war.
