Rancho Bernardo residents call on politicians to make changes following SVP placement withdrawal

RANCHO BERNARDO (KUSI) – An SVP will not be moving into Ranch Bernardo after the homeowners broke their contract with Liberty Health.

Resident Chad Heath spoke with Lauren Phinney to discuss the community’s reaction, and how they’re working to get the laws changed.
