Reform California Chairman says recall race still too close to call

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – With the recall election fast approaching, over 4 million Californian voters have already returned their ballots.

Carl DeMaio, Chairman of Reform California, spoke with KUSI’s Matt Prichard gave updates on ballot returns. He said it’s still a close race, adding Gov. Newsom needs a strong turnout to win.
