Restaurants hope for extension as outdoor dining permits set to expire

KENSINGTON (KUSI) – It’s been a lifesaver for business owners and a great experience for the people of San Diego.

As a matter of necessity, outdoor dining — or al fresco dining — was approved and became a big hit.

Well, two months from now, on July 13, those outdoor dining permits are scheduled to expire and restaurant owners are hoping for an extension.
