Richard Walker’s pancake house has reopened with all day breakfast amid the coronavirus pandemic

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – After an extended period of time being closed, Richard Walker’s Pancake House has finally reopened with restrictions.

KUSI’s Kacey McKinnon spoke with the owners who are excited to be finally back open for business.
