CLEVELAND, OHIO (KUSI) — Last night’s floor fight over choosing delegates was exciting for the California crew. They stayed united.

So mission accomplished and Tuesday morning, they were heading out on buses again for the roller coaster at Cedar Point Amusement Park and others to the National Football League Hall of Fame.

It’s all part of the delegate experience.

Making your way to the Convention Center in Cleveland is part pushing match, part flea market, part protest march and Republicans are finding their messages everywhere.

About 5:30 p.m. in Cleveland, the California delegates began arrived for the evening, finding their seats, ready for the speeches and to put Trump’s name officially in the hat.

But how will this excitement translate into votes at home when the convention is over?
