San Diego City Council District 3 Candidate Adrian Kwiatkowski discusses his campaign

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – We are officially two weeks away from the March Primary, and five City Council candidates are facing off to replace Councilman Chris Ward in District 3.

Candidate Michelle Nguyen is the lone Republican in the race. The four other candidates are Democrats Adrian Kwiatkowski, Toni Duran, Chris Olsen and Stephen Whitburn.

The district includes downtown, Bankers Hill, Hillcrest, Mission Hills, North Park and Normal Heights.
