San Diego City Council District 3 Candidate Michelle Nguyen

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Five candidates are facing off to represent some of the city’s most urban neighborhoods including downtown, Bankers Hill, Hillcrest, Mission Hills, North Park and Normal Heights.

These candidates are running for the San Diego City Council District 3 to replace Councilman Chris Ward.

Four of the five candidates are Democrats: Toni Duran, Adrian Kwiatkowski, Chris Olsen and Stephen Whitburn.

City Council District 3 Candidate Michelle Nguyen is the lone Republican in the race. She was in studio to talk about her campaign.
