San Diego County Board of Supervisors candidate proposes housing plan

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The head of the San Diego Port Commission is running for the County Board of Supervisors seat that will be vacated by Greg Cox due to term limits.

Before even being elected, Rafael Castellanos is releasing a plan to create more affordable housing across the county.

It’s a four point plan called Hope and Home. It calls for a far greater investment in affordable housing than what is currently being discussed by the county.
