San Diego Crime Stoppers and SDPD asking for assistants in identifying armed robbery suspects
PACIFIC BEACH (KUSI) – San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Robbery Unit are asking for assistance from the public to help identify and locate the suspects wanted for robbing a Pacific Beach area 7-Eleven store.
On July 26, 2015, at 5:12 a.m., two suspects entered the 7-Eleven store located at 2275 Garnet Avenue, in San Diego.
Suspect # 1 entered through the front door of the business armed with a black semi-auto handgun in his right hand. Suspect # 1 pointed the handgun at the clerk and demanded money from the cash register. Suspect # 1 grabbed money from the register and exited the business through the front door.
Suspect # 2 did not take anything from the business.
Both suspects got into a silver Toyota Camry and drove eastbound on Garnet Avenue.
Suspect Description: Suspect # 1 is described as a Hispanic male, late twenties, 5’9” tall, heavy set, wearing a black and white hooded sweatshirt, blue baseball cap, gray bandana covering part of his face, black pants, and gray and blue gloves.
Suspect # 2 is described as a Hispanic female, early twenties, 5’5” tall, heavy set, wearing a black sweatshirt with a red and black striped hood, light purple colored baseball cap, white t-shirt, black pants, white shoes, and was wearing a purple glove on her right hand.
Suspect Vehicle: Possibly a 2005, 4-door, silver Toyota Camry with white paper covering the rear license plate.
