San Diego homeowners concerned about ruling that allows homeless to sleep in their cars

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – A recent ruling, in favor of the homeless, is causing a new set of problems all over San Diego.

People who sleep in their cars can now sleep just about anywhere, and they are.

The beach communities are clearly the most popular destination, but now the locals are fighting back.
