San Diego Judge grants continuance in East County Transient crime case, parents of victim speak

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – A story we’ve been following concerning an east county transient who plead guilty to multiple violent sex crimes against a 16-year-old girl from Santee.

The crime happened in January of 2020 at a homeless encampment in an unincorporated area of El Cajon right outside the City of El Cajon.

A sentencing hearing took place on Thursday and a Superior Court Judge of San Diego County granted a continuance.

On Good Morning San Diego, KUSI’s Teresa Sardina talked with Sharin and Walter Finn, East County parents whos daughter is the victim in the case, about sentencing Hearing for East County transient, 32 year old, Rodolfo Ledesma and the new Rad Movement.

The RAD Movement, a non profit organization (501c3 Registration Pending), was founded to provide families with support from the onset of their loved ones disappearance to their recovery regardless of their circumstance.
