San Diego metro home prices recently rise the 7th fastest in the nation

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – San Diego metro Home prices recently rose the 7th fastest in the nation according to Case-Shiller report.  

Realtor Louie Ortiz joined Good Morning San Diego to speak on some of the reasons for the increase.

Ortiz also discussed ways both buyers and sellers can take advantage of current market conditions and how buyers are sellers are dealing with virus related issues when buying or selling.
