Midway District spa robbed at gunpoint

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) — Island Spa Thai Massage, a spa in the Midway District, was robbed at gunpoint early Wednesday morning. Two suspects held the spa located on Hancock St. near Sherman St. shortly before 12:30 a.m. The men fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money, San Diego police officer Dino Delimitros said. 

The suspects were described as black males between 5’9 to 6′ tall with thin builds. They were both wearing black pullover sweatshirts with hoods that covered their faces, as well as black pants.
