San Diego pension ruling

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – For seven years the City of San Diego has been battling with its public employee unions in court over Prop B, the pension reform initiative approved by the voters in 2012. The unions won a major victory when the State Supreme Court ruled San Diego violated state labor laws when city leaders placed the measure on the ballot.

As KUSI’s Steve Bosh reports, the court stopped short of  invalidating Prop B.
