PACIFIC BEACH (KUSI) – San Diego Police were searching for a young man with tattoos on his neck and arms who robbed a Pacific Beach bank Wednesday afternoon.

The thief, who appeared to be in his mid-20s, handed the written message to a teller at the Citibank branch office in the 1900 block of Garnet Avenue shortly before 1:30 p.m., according to San Diego police. He fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

The bandit was described as a roughly 6-foot-tall white man in a blue plaid-flannel shirt and a dark knit cap, Officer Dan Lasher said.
