San Diego senior missing, police request public’s help

SAN DIEGO (CNS) – San Diego Police are seeking assistance in locating an 85-year-old man in bad health who has been missing overnight.

Frank Horsfall was last seen walking north from his residence at 4138 50th St. at 4 p.m. Saturday. Horsfall is diabetic and has high blood pressure, and does not have his medications with him.

He also has an open tracheotomy hole in the front of his throat, a police report said.

Horsfall has no trouble walking but gets winded easily. He does not have any money or credit cards in his possession and has never used public transit in the area before, police said.

Horsfall is 5 foot-10 inches tall, 135 pounds, and has gray hair. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and black sweat pants with white stripes, the watch commander said.

Anyone with information on Horsfall's whereabouts is asked to call the SDPD at (619) 531-2000 and reference missing persons case #11-030857.
