San Diego Sheriff’s Department keeping drugs out of county jails

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – San Diego Sheriff Gore stopped by Good Morning San Diego to talk about what his department is doing to keep drugs out of county jails, as well as what programs we offer to inmates to get rehabilitated before they are released back into society.

Sheriff Gore also discussed what the department is doing after the to federal immigration authorities after they served subpoenas to the law enforcement agency Friday in a bid to compel it to release migrant-arrest information protected by sanctuary state legislation.
