San Diego Sunroad Boat Show kicks off four-day run Thursday

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) — The San Diego Sunroad Boat Show sails back to San Diego this January 21-24 for the 8th year.

Hosted at the Sunroad Resort Marina on Harbor Island, the annual tradition will feature land and in-water exhibits for boaters of every age.

This year, the boat show has expanded by 20% and debuts several new boat lines, making it bigger and better than ever. It might be winter now but it is always summer on the Bay!

The San Diego Sunroad Boat Show will be expanding this year with an in-water display of more than 200 new and pre-cruised sailboats and motor yachts, starting at 30-feet up to 90-feet. We have the largest display of new boats on the West Coast.

There will be boating seminars, products to buy (such as paddleboards and accessories) beer garden as well as food and beverages for attendees to enjoy a day on San Diego Bay.

Show hours are: Thursday, January 25 from noon to 6 p.m., Friday, January 26 from noon to 6 p.m., Saturday, January 27 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, January 28 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Sunroad Resort Marina is located downtown at 955 Harbor Island across from the airport. There will be parking shuttle service from the Sheraton Hotel.
