SD downtown waterfront to open new visitor center

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – A new Visitor Information Center is set to have its grand opening ceremony on the San Diego downtown waterfront Thursday morning.

The new center opened for business earlier in the week. It serves as a one-stop location where tourists and San Diego residents can buy tickets to shows and attractions around town.

Operated by Old Town Trolley Tours, the center will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from November to May, but will stay open until 5 p.m. during the summer and fall.
