SD man arrested in Ferguson protests tells his story

A San Diego man arrested during the Ferguson protests says his own experience led him to travel to Missouri to offer help.

Parker Jaques arrived in Ferguson on Monday. That afternoon he says he was standing on a sidewalk talking to a business owner when an officer walked up and slapped the handcuffs on him. He was told it was for “failure to disperse.”

Jaques, back in San Diego, spoke to KUSI about his experience.
