SDPD officer in hospital after collision in PB

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – SDPD police officer was sent to the hospital with a concussion after his cruiser was hit in Pacific Beach Friday night.

The crash happened at Garnet Avenue and Mission Bay Drive shortly before midnight. 

A Truck t-boned the cruiser sending it into a light post. The officer was transported to the hospital with a concussion and soreness. 

So far, no other injuries were reported.
