Several lanes closed on NB 163 after two-car accident
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Two vehicles collided on the northbound state Route 163 at Interstate 15 in Scripps Ranch.
The incident occurred around 4:18 p.m. and caused several lanes to close.
It was unclear if anyone was seriously injured.
Details of the accident are still under investigation.
