Several sharp objects found in North Park Community sandbox

NORTH PARK (KUSI) – North Park Community Park was closed Wednesday afternoon after several sharp objects were found in the sandbox. 

San Diego Police received the call around 2:23 p.m. and were on scene making sure all the objects were removed from the playground.

One juvenile received minor injuries, but information on their age, sex or condition were unavailable. 

The park was closed until further notice.
