Sewage flows into the Pacific Ocean after two sewer pipes break in Tijuana

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – As if the pollution from Mexico hasn’t been enough this summer, another round of raw sewage is flowing our way.

This time, two sewer pipes broke open in Tijuana sending about 30 million gallons a day into the Pacific Ocean.
