Sex crimes detectives searching for clues in possible rape and kidnap

SAN DIEGO (CNS) – San Diego police Friday were investigating the sexual assault and apparent kidnapping of a woman who was found naked and incoherent near a highway interchange.

The woman flagged down a motorist near the state Route 125 interchange with state Route 54 about 8:30 p.m. Thursday, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The motorist called 911 and officers arrived to learn the woman was sexually assaulted by a Hispanic man and white woman in the City Heights area, the CHP reported.

The suspects were last seen driving off in an SUV after the victim somehow managed to get out of the vehicle and onto the side of the highway, the CHP reported.
