Sha Na Na 50th anniversary playing Woodstock

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The band “Sha Na Na” is launching their new 50th anniversary record and will be feted by the Grammy Museum Los Angeles on July 22, 2019.

“Sha Na Na” was nationally launched at Woodstock, which turns 50 this Summer, when they opened for the one and only Jimmy Hendrix!

Head musician of “Sha Na Na,” Jocko Marcellino, was one of the original band members and joined us in studio to celebrate half a century.
